Congrats to ryan over at Blogging4everyone dot info. He wins the sansa 1 gig mp3 player. I wanted to say thanks to everyone that entered. Hopefully you didn’t just subscribe for the contest. Hopefully you’ll be back to visit this blog from time to time. I’ll be running more contests and they will keep getting better so keep an eye guys. I just got back from a Christmas party so i am drained. Ryan, send me an email with your address, and i’ll mail out your prize ASAP.

I think this is a great idea for promotion. I’m thinking about doing something similar with my site to help RSS subscriptions. I opened my blog 1 day ago, so I’m not certain when I should begin the contest. What do you suggest?

I will be back regularly and in a way I glad I didn’t win. I got a 160GB iPod Classic for Christmas so a 1GB Sansa would only have gone elsewhere, best t go to a deserving blogger!

will- i would hold off on the contest until maybe 3 weeks or so. For meaningful traffic and readers, you’ll need some solid content to lure people to your site.
