Everybody loves chicken right? One of my favorite places to eat chicken is El Pollo Loco. The reason is because it’s a little bit healthier cause it’s flame broiled. I think chicken is best served flame broiled. There isn’t a nasty layer of oil or bread crumbs. It’s just the chicken cooked over some fire. Very traditional and old school.
