i want to buy a blog
I’ve now discovered how hard it is to start a blog from scratch. I was planning on buying a blog but opted to wait until i got the hang of things. Im somewhat familiar with wordpress now and have all of affiliates and forum regs set up so its time for me to go and buy an established blog. I have a budget of around $1000. Expecting a PR of at least 2 and readership over 150. There should be traffic already and a revenue stream. It doesn’t have to be alot. The general rule is that the purchase price of a blog is 10 times the monthly revenue so that’s what i want. If anyone can refer me to a blot i would pay them a finder fee. Real estate transactions give 3% so i’ll give the person who finds me the perfect blog to buy a 3% commission. Please leave the stats of the blog and information on comments. Thanks
