Make Grocery Rent Business Money Online
Folks, bloggernoob dot com isn’t even 9 months old and it pays for my grocery and rent. I am about head off to the organic market to buy me some grub. I wanted to write a short post before i left. I was thinking about how much i spend on groceries every month. I sprend around $300/month. If you want to make grocery money with you blog, all you have to do is juice out $10/day from your blog. If you’ve been blogging for a few months, you realize that it not that hard to do. If you can achieve this milestone, then you can keep adding to you online income.
It took me 8 months to make around $1500/month with this blog. I’ve written a lot of paid plugs to get to this point. But, i’m now switching gears and trying to push more affiliates and work on adsense. I used to bash on adsense, but now am finding that it’s a great way to monetize a site. The only problem with adsense is that it’s not for noobs. Noobs find it difficult to make money with adsense because it takes some getting used to. You need to work on SEO and link building. If you’re just starting your blog, i don’t recommend adsense.
I think you should set realistic goals with your blog. Your first goal should be to make something. Try to make that first dollar with you blog. Once you do that, you’ll realize that making money online is possible. This is an important stage for blog monetization. If you don’t hit this stage, you will give up on your blog.
The second milestone is consistently getting paid. If you can repeatedly make affiliate commissions or sell something, then you’re ready to reach your next goal.
The next step is to hit the $10/day mark. I was able to do this because i did a lot paid plugs. If you are signed up with paid posting sites, and if your blog has solid stats, this should not be very difficult. Just speed write a lot of posts. To add to your income, try to sell a few private ads at a cheap price.
Once you can regularly extract 10 dollars a day with your blog, you are ready to push it to $30/day. This gets pretty hard. You can’t rely on paid plugs anymore. You need regular visitors and you need to work the search engines for traffic. I was able to hit this mark by selling a few hosting plans a month. I worked this site to get specific traffic. In my case, i got a lot of porn newbies wanting to set up a porn site. By showing up in search engines, i got a lot of wannabe porn entrepreneurs to my site. Even now, i get daily emails from random people asking me about how i can help them set up a porn site. To get to this step, try to write a few pillar posts that can convert to high commissions with your affiliates. Credit card and web hosting pay big commissions.
The next for me is to make $100/day. I’m not that confident that i can do this with bloggernoob alone. That is why i have been setting up a lot of different sites. I want to create multi income streams. So far, the work that i have put in is starting to pay off. I’ve set up a few dollar a day sites and more that make around 50 cents a day. Add these up and my blogging income gets a bit fatter.
The trap with “make money online” is that people think that it’s easy money. Making money online is not easy. It takes work and a lot of trial and error. You have to be willing to put in a lot of hours to make your first buck. And after that, you have to put in even more work to consistently make money with you blog. If you’re not willing to work at it, you’re not going to make money. It’s as simple as that. Too bad most people want an easy fix. That’s why there are so many “make money online” scams. So many miracle diet pills or penis enlargement pills. People, money doesn’t grow on trees. And your fat ass won’t disappear cause you swallowed a few sugar pills. And guys, no matter what those commercials say, your penis will stay small. Sorry to have to break it to you.
The best advice i can give you is to not pay for anything. Don’t build a library of useless ebooks. I know a guy who spent over a grand on useless ebooks. You can’t get refunds on scams! Those things are so general. And they contain info that you already know. And, the questions that you may be can be found online for free. Think about it, it’s easier to do searches on google to find info, as opposed to flipping thru a pdf file.

wow…it pays for your grocery and rent huh?
I’m just making an average of $50 a month and with PR2, most paid reviews don’t seem to like my blog too much. Hmm…

I agree with Mr. bald head, that adsense is not for noobs in monetization, I had learned that lesson from experience…

Better to have some paid post and affiliates first for earning. Then after an established site, better traffic and SEO, you are ready with this paid to click ads like adsense….
Well, its also best to have adsense on the sidebar earning $1 a day for extra than nothing.

Again by the way, better to stretch your penis everyday than swallowing pill. For its hard work that counts not the pill…. hehehehhehehehe:)

thanks guys. i didn’t expect this post to get the reaction that it did. I just wrote up a quick post before i went to the market.
July 17th, 2008 at 5:07 pm
Yes, great post, congrats on your succcess! I’ve heard of adsense, but haven’t had any personal experience with it. Right now, I have three porn blogs, all in development, fairly new. (one I just made 2 days ago). No sales yet of course…I wouldnt mind making a $1 a day having adsense up - how does that work? I’d really like to know more about that. I’m not one of these people that shuns $1 here or $1 there…money is money to me and I’ll put anything up that would do it. Is it basically just being an affiliate of theirs or what? If anyone clicks on the banner do I get $1? Just curious….thanks!

honey west- adsense is what most people depend on for online income. If you’re not enrolled, you should get on it. Even if you don’t make much with it now, it will really come in handy later on as your webmastering skills evolve.

I looked at the TOS for adsense and they won’t accept people with adult content/porn. Mine are all adult blogs so that let’s me out. Unless there’s some type of comparable program for adult blogs, I can’t use adsense. I guess I could put up a non-adult blog but at the moment I don’t want to take time away from the adult promotion.
July 19th, 2008 at 9:20 pm
honey west- so you’re a strict porn gal huh? interesting.
July 19th, 2008 at 10:10 pm
Yeah, at this time anyway…as they say, sex sells, and I’m trying to see if that’s really true
I have three adult blogs in development.
http://teenmethotties.thumblogger.com
I won’t list the other two here - they’re more hardcore
I also have my adult ebooks. I’m trying to diversify into various areas. You can see why Adsense wouldn’t be interested lol….wonder if I’ll ever be able to cover the grocery and rent with these? Who knows? I do understand your earlier advice about free hosts like thumblogger. I’ll eventually switch to a paid domain with adult webhosting. Anyway, there’s something called explicitsense.com that sent me an email seeking ad business, but I have no idea if it’s worth looking into. Anyone else here used it to advertise an adult blog? If so, I’d be interested in your experiences with them. Thanks!

This is very interesting. I think I should start to make a blog and make some cash.

Hi all,
Just wanted to update you on my adult blogging - it’s progressing nicely, although still quite a lot of hard work. As has been stated here before, it’s not an overnight thing where you’re gonna be a millionaire just from throwing up a few blogs here and there. It does require work and discipline. I’m branching out into doing adult website reviews over at xxxpwnage.com and several of my blogs are now hosted there, in addition to thumblogger.com. Hopefully I’ll pick up more traffic being on a Google Rank 3 site! I’m optimistic that it will eventually be a moneymaker. I enjoy doing the reviews for such a great site as xxxpwnage.com and it’s opened some doors for me along the way. Anyway, you can see an example of one of my more softcore blogs here:

honeywest- interesting. i think u should branch out to your own domain and hosting soon. all that work on freehosted sites are a damn shame. the webmaster of xxxpwnage markets his site a lot on my blog.

Amen on the ebook thing haha, it’s a lot better to read helpful blogs like this than it is to go out and buy crappy ebooks that usually just restate information that can be found on forums/blogs.
