Make money blog (aka bloggernoob) does this random winner thing every so often. I pick a random reader from the comments and i paypal them 5 bucks. It’s not a lot of money, but it’ll get you a happy meal or a coffee at starbucks. The best thing is that you don’t have to do much. Just read my blog.
