I think one of the biggest turn off about paid plugs is the fact that it can get time consuming. When you have to write a review of a site, don’t feel pressured to write up a pulizter prize winning post. I take a lot of thought and care into the private ad reviews, but the ones i receive from paid posting sites, i just ramble. Ramblinging doesn’t require a lot of thought. It’s like chatting with a buddy. If you can whip up a quick ramble about a website, then you are a perfect fit for writing paid plugs. It really is a great way to start monetizing your new site.
Most blogs are rambling blogs. I think that’s why blogging is so popular. It’s not edited by anyone and you can just go on and on about any topic you fancy. That’s the main reason i blog. With paid reviews, you have to review a product, site, or service. It can become a chore because it seems like an assignment. But don’t think of it like that. Think of it like it’s another one of your rambling posts. Just whip up an opinion piece of that site or service. Stressing over a $5 post is just madness. Don’t spend over an hour on a post that you only get paid $5 to write.
