The Hoax
Blockbuster night yesterday. I watched “The Hoax” starring Richard Gere last night. Great movie and a solid performance from Gere. I’ve always been a sucker for confidence films but its a delight when a good one is made. Here is a character who is a legitmate writer that ends up scamming because being legitmate doesn’t make cash or bring fame.
One of the greatest characteristics about having your own weblog is your ability to stay invisible. You can rant and rave about any topic and not have to deal with the drama or ramifications of your words.
Its like chatting on AOL. When AOL first came out, i loved chatting away with random people in the chatrooms. I always pretending to be someone else and i knew others did the same. Its the same thing with blogs. I know some people use their real names and show real pictures but is that so wise?
I read an interesting article about kumiko from cashquests. Aparently some believe that kumiko is not a Japanese American girl in the 20s. Good point. From a marketing standpoint it would help to pose as a cute Japanese girl. Guys would much rather visualize and learn from a cutie as opposed to some hairy putrid old man.
I am a baby for this blog. I should have gone with a teenage asian girl’s role for this blog. “learn how to make money from a 13 year old asian girl” I’d make it to the top of google in 9 months.
