Every female i meet now a days seems to be on some sort of diet. As my auntie says, “women are on the forever diet…meaning they diet forever”. So sad but so true. The noob is so glad he was born a guy. I could be fat and ugly but i’ll still get me some honeys cause i’m rich. lol. Well that statement would might be true if i really were rich. Anyway, dieting is a gazillion dollar industry. Every year, no, never month a new miracle diet comes out. These diets differ but most are very similar. It’s basically about caloric intake minus caloric out take right? Just imagine a box. If you put 200 candy bars into that box and only take out 1 candy bar, that box will become heavier right? Dieting is obvious more complex then that but i like to try to keep things simple. Anyway, the guys over at weight loss diet help dot com have a site up with tons of info regarding a plethora of different diets. I’m sure they know a lot about dieting. If you want to lose a few pounds for v day or lets say a wedding, i recommend you check out this site. They have different programs on their site that you can look over and choose the right one for you. They have discount coupons for the best weight loss plans like Nutrisystem, Medifast and Weight Watchers.
